We first met Matt 12mths ago when he came to do a valuation on our property. We decided to hold on to the property for 12 more mths to see what the market was doing. We rented our house out through Matt’s office. 12 mths later we got 50k more then the valuation and 25k more then we were expecting!!! In the last couple of years, I have had a few negative experience of local real estate agents in Cessnock. However, Matt Clarkson and Michael Hurley of Stone Real Estate have proven themselves to be professional as well as nice human beings. Selling my house through them has been the least stressful property sale that I have ever experienced, and the results have been beyond expectations.
